Island Mortgage Group needed a site that their clients could refer to for answers to their mortgage questions. The site featured a vast knowledge base and term definition section that could help the novice to advanced user get the help they needed.

In Addition, Valen Designs created a custom JavaScript mortgage calculator, as well as, other various tools to assist clients in determining their borrowing power. The island logo was created to reflect the owners vision and stand out as the key branding on everything from stationary to business cards.
